Shipping & Handling

Our items are packed with much care in recycled custom cardboard boxes with recylced paper securely positioning items- bubble wrap for orders with more than three items.

On orders with multiple items, message me with your address and specific items and I will create a posting(s) accordingly. All orders within North America are shipped through Canada Post, with tracking, if you prefer something else, convo me and we can work something out! Orders shipped out of Canada without tracking and are of course subject to periodic customs inspections, so obviously delay can occur. g ceramic & co. is not responsible for damaged, lost, delayed or stolen items; as well as additional shipping charges or duties.

Deadline for Christmas Orders is December 12. However I can not guarantee arrival of your item(s) due to customs or delays from higher mail volume. I ship Canada Post Expedited 5 Day within Canada, and Air Mail to the US with tracking. Any other shipping methods // carriers available upon request. 



Please note that Community Clay Inc. will not be held responsible for items arriving damaged in the post. The items sold on this site are fragile, and customer assumes responsibility for accidental damages during shipping upon purchase. In the rare event (we've had less than 10 damaged packaged in 10 years of business) your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately and we will open a case with Canada Post, please note that this may take time, potentially 4-12 weeks for the case to be fulfilled. Please view Canada Post’s policies here. Community Clay Inc. takes special care to pack each package individually, and we aim to get your special items to you quickly & efficiently. If your item arrives damaged will we replace your item at no cost once the Canada Post claim is settled. If you no longer want the item, our standard return policy applies.
