Learn the magic and the chemistry of ceramic glazes. This is the most comprehensive Glaze Course offered in Vancouver. In this workshop you will learn the basics of how glaze works and how the science of glaze chemistry affects texture and colour. This multi-week workshop is recommend to people who have previous glazing experience (2-3 Glaze Workshops with us, or previous relevant experience at other studios) so you have a good understanding of how glazing works
Test tiles are provided, and you are encourage to make your own!
Each student will get 500g of their chosen glaze. Additional amounts of glaze may be made at cost.
